Server-Side RIP Architecture
Every file uploaded is interpreted by our heavy-duty RIP servers. We apply dynamic ICC color profiling and algorithmic vector sharpening before a single drop of ink touches the film.
Sub-Pixel White Choking
White halos ruin garments. Our proprietary RIP software automatically chokes the white ink base by 1.5 pixels, ensuring the white layer stays strictly hidden under the CMYK pigments.
Micro-Grain OEKO-TEX TPU
We utilize a strictly milled 80-170 micron adhesive powder. This finer grain guarantees extreme flexibility, zero stiff edges, and a molecular bond that survives 50+ wash cycles.

1440 DPI Fluid Deposition
Our commercial roll-to-roll printers utilize Epson i3200 printheads. We print at a staggering 1440x1080 DPI, which allows for ultra-crisp micro-text, perfectly smooth skin-tone gradients, and solid block colors without banding.
Environmental Consistency
Humidity and static are the enemies of direct-to-film. Our entire 10,000 sq ft production floor is strictly climate-controlled. This eliminates static charges on the PET rolls, preventing powder scatter and ink bleeding.
Thermodynamics
Curing a gang sheet isn't about throwing it in an oven. Our continuous infrared tunnels ramp up heat via segmented thermal zones, gelling the ink and melting the polymer adhesive evenly without causing film shrinkage.
