Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. The shipping rates and estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping
- Rate: $8.99 (for orders weighing between 1lb and 5lb)
- Delivery Time: 3-4 business days
- Economy Shipping
- Rate: Free for orders of $99.00 or more
- Delivery Time: 5-8 business days
- Express Shipping
- Rate: $44.99 (for orders 1lb and above)
- Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
Processing Time
- Order Processing: We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- High-Volume Periods: During peak times (e.g., holidays), we may experience a higher volume of orders, which could cause slight delays in processing. We will notify you via email or phone if there is any significant delay in the shipment of your order.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
- Your tracking number will become active within 24 hours after the email is sent.
Delivery Issues
- Damaged or Lost Products: While we strive to ensure your order arrives safely, Eagle DTF Print is not liable for any damages or losses that occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection when filing a claim with the carrier.
