Return & Refund Policy

At Eagle DTF Print, we take pride in delivering high-quality prints and reliable service. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a proven defect caused by our production process.

Please read the details below to understand our policy:

1. Eligibility for Refund or Reprint

We do not accept returns for any reason other than production-related errors. This includes:

• Artwork printed incorrectly due to a mistake on our end
• Significant quality issues that are clearly the result of a printing defect

Issues related to customer-submitted files such as low resolution, incorrect sizing, or design flaws are not eligible for refund or reprint, as we do not alter or modify files unless previously arranged.

To be eligible for a refund or reprint:
• The transfers must not be used or pressed
• A clear photo or video of the full, unused gang sheet roll showing the order number and customer name must be submitted for review

This ensures we can assess the issue accurately and process your request accordingly.

2. Reporting an Issue

If you believe there is a production error, please email us at info@eagledtfprint.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief explanation of the problem

Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

3. Resolution

If the issue is confirmed to be on our end, we will either:

  • Reprint the affected item at no cost

  • Or issue a refund, based on the specific case

Please note that all claims are reviewed individually, and resolution will be determined accordingly.

4. Final Notes

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or mistakes in the uploaded artwork

  • Shipping costs for approved reprints or returns due to our error will be covered by us
