Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. The shipping rates and estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Shipping
Rate: Calculated at checkout (based on weight and destination)
Delivery Time: 1–5 business days via UPS Ground
Economy Shipping
Rate: Free for orders of $99.00 or more (for DTF transfers only)
Delivery Time: 1–5 business days via UPS Ground
Express Shipping
Rate: $44.99 (for orders 1 lb and above)
Delivery Time: 1–2 business days
Processing Time
Order Processing: We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
High-Volume Periods: During peak times such as holidays, we may experience a higher volume of orders. This may result in slight processing delays. If there is any significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours after the email is sent.
Delivery Issues
Damaged or Lost Products: While we strive to ensure your order arrives safely, Eagle DTF Print is not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. If your order is damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Be sure to retain all packaging materials and the damaged items for inspection when filing your claim.
Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processes.
